We're the guides in your jungle
A lean, remote studio helping modern companies build websites designed to grow their business — not just look good at launch.
More revenue, without hiring more people.

The story
Jan, 2022
Built proof, skipped resumes
There was an open position for Marketing & Sales Director at LIKS, the school where I worked. Instead of applying with a resume, I offered the founder something different: I'd build the company a new website — for free — to show I understood the business from the inside out.

What we learned from growing too fast

The first clients came through LIKS.
Word spread.
Projects grew.
When Yungle was accepted into the Webflow Experts program on the first attempt — becoming one of the first three certified Webflow partners in Mexico — bigger projects started arriving.
Companies in Mexico.
Companies in the US.
Collaborations with teams like Curated and Red Antler.
We hired. At our peak, we were a team of eight. It didn't work.
Every project required different technical expertise. Fixed salaries and variable project scopes created costs that didn't make sense. We were growing in headcount but not in clarity. We were becoming exactly what we didn't want to be: a slow, expensive, hard-to-manage agency.
So we made a decision that felt risky at the time but turned out to be the right one.
We went lean —
on purpose.
How we work today
We work with a network of specialized collaborators — designers, developers, SEO strategists, CRO specialists — brought in based on what your project actually needs. We figure out who's right, guide the work, and make sure everything connects to one objective: making your website a vehicle for business growth.
We understand marketing, business, design, and development — and use that to unblock the work that normally gets stuck between a client and their dev team. When you work with Yungle, you work directly with the people doing the thinking. No account managers. No layers.

What we care about
The jungle has always made sense to me as a metaphor — for business, and honestly for life. It has layers. It has cycles. Things grow slowly, then all at once. Nothing is wasted. Everything connects to something else.
Yungle started as a dream of building something while traveling the world — a business that could run from anywhere and help companies generate more impact. That vision hasn't changed.
Why Yungle
We're fully remote. We work with clients across industries and geographies. We believe the best talent for your project might be anywhere in the world — and we'll find it, guide it, and make sure it moves your business forward.
We want to help companies grow. Not just their websites. Their actual business. Because a website that doesn't make you money isn't a website — it's an expense.

The team

Jorge Sahagún
Founder & Growth Lead
"I'm from Mexico City, which means I grew up nowhere near the ocean or the mountains — and somehow ended up obsessed with freediving and snowboard. Make that what you will.
I started Yungle at 21 with no investors, no co-founders, and a free website as my pitch. Five years later, it's still the best bet I've made.
I'm the first person you'll talk to when you reach out, and I stay close to every project throughout. Not because I don't trust the team — I do, completely — but because I think the person who sells you on something should be the same person who delivers it. That's how I'd want to be treated as a client, and it's how we operate."

Erick Hernández
Tech Lead
"I got into software because I liked building things, and I got into AI because I liked solving problems nobody had figured out yet. Somewhere along the way, music became just as much a part of how I think.
As Tech Lead at Yungle, I've built everything from backend systems to full AI-powered products — the kind of work where the constraint is never imagination, it's execution.
I don't separate technical decisions from business ones. Good architecture should serve the goal, not just look clever — that's the lens I bring to every project, whether I'm writing code or planning the next one."

Sam Sahagún
Delivery Lead
"I studied biotechnology, which means I spent years training to run experiments and read results — not exactly what you'd expect from someone who now spends her days coordinating client projects. Turns out the two aren't that different.
At Yungle, I'm Delivery Operations: the person making sure an idea actually becomes a shipped product, on time and without chaos in between.
I care more about the relationship than the deliverable. Timelines matter, but if a client doesn't trust the process — or the person running it — nothing else really works. That's the part I take seriously."
We work best with companies that already have something worth growing.
Startups that have found their footing and are ready to scale. Marketing teams that know what they want but need the right execution partner. Founders who understand that a website is infrastructure, not decoration. Agencies that need a reliable development partner for their clients.
We're not the right fit for everyone, and we're okay with that. We'd rather work deeply with fewer clients than spread thin across too many.
If you care about growth, systems, and building something that lasts — we probably speak the same language.
